Within your Marketplace profile, you have the ability to include preferences when it comes to your:

- Three shift types

Have you ever wanted to rate or review a healthcare recruiter you’ve worked with? Well, you can with Fusion Marketplace. Like you, agency recruiters have their own personal Marketplace profiles. However, their profiles differ because they allow the option for recruiter ratings and reviews.
To leave a recruiter review, first, visit the recruiter’s Marketplace profile. Then, you’ll be asked to answer some questions about yourself to help Marketplace identify you. If you’d rather be left anonymous, there’s an option for that.
Once you’ve completed the questions, you’ll gain full access to write a recruiter rating and/or review. If you’re riding the struggle bus on what to write, start with your rating. On a five-star scale, you have the option to rate these six characteristics:
- Did the recruiter have the ability to meet my needs?
- Did my recruiter practice expert communication?
- Was the recruiter knowledgeable about the industry?
