Travelers can now search for healthcare jobs by their preferences, add their job preferences to their profile and resume, and save and share their preferences with healthcare recruiters. Healthcare travelers using Marketplace can look forward to a more personalized search experience with these newly added features. Here are all the details to give you more control over your career.
When you create a Marketplace profile and log in, a section of your profile will now be customizable. Modify job preferences by department, healthcare specialty, location, shifts, job types, pay range, and start date to suit your needs. You can include up to five states when you’re searching and customizing your preferred job locations, which can be filtered by radius or geographically selected. Add up to three shift types and three job types when refining that perfect healthcare assignment. Easy enough.
Job preferences can be saved easily, so you don’t have to worry about reinventing the wheel each time. The saved preferences feature allows Travelers to keep those department, healthcare specialties, location selections, shifts, job types, pay range, and job start date preferences on their resume to share with recruiters, giving you exciting and detailed prospects for your next assignment.
Once you’ve selected your preferences in your traveler profile, you can share them with recruiters, along with your profile information via the Profile PDF. Choose the info you want to download and it will display to recruiters on your resume, When you share your customized job preferences, recruiters will know what you’re looking for in your next job hunt.
