Supercharge Your Agency’s Recruiter Reviews

Written by Megan Bebout | 9/30/21 1:11 PM

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could see into the minds of your healthcare travelers? Or at least some way of knowing what they want from your healthcare staffing agency. Think about what you could do with an inside scoop on what travelers look for in a recruiter—no surprises, just enhanced transparency.

Well, you’re in luck because the ability for travelers to rate and review your agency recruiters is now live on Marketplace.

Recruiter ratings and reviews: How it works

It’s not a secret that Marketplace assigns high value to transparency. Not only is visibility important to professional healthcare travelers, it’s also crucial for agencies to learn and grow with the everchanging traveler market, and that’s where recruiter ratings and reviews come into the mix.

This new function allows your recruiters and agency to be more aware of what it is travelers appreciate in a recruiter, staffing agency, and placement process. Here’s how it works:

  • Agency recruiters create their own Marketplace profiles where travelers can leave a rating or review based on their experience with the recruiter.
  • To submit a review, travelers answer “About me” questions so we know who’s leaving the evaluation. Then, healthcare workers can submit their critique for review to publish on the recruiter’s profile. All agencies have the power to approve or reject reviews.
  • After ratings and reviews have been given, stars will only appear if there are at least three reviews. When there are more than three reviews, the recruiter profile will show each overall rating followed by the review.
  • When recruiters want to review their assessments, all they have to do is select the “My Reviews” tab within their profile and start reading.

A recruiter’s profile provides all the nitty gritty details travelers may need to know to make an educated decision on who to work with. Similar to a traveler’s Marketplace profile, a recruiter page displays:

  • A brief bio on the recruiter and staffing agency
  • Details on insurance, retirement, referral program, and other reimbursements
  • Recruiter ratings and reviews

If travelers don’t have much to say, but still want to provide recruiter feedback, there’s an option to rate the recruiter out of five stars. Those ratings are based on six characteristics:

  • The ability to meet your needs
  • Expert communication
  • Industry knowledge
  • Strong personality fit
  • Thoughtfulness
  • Overall efficiency

Through open-ended questions and prompted queries, professional healthcare travelers can share their unique experiences with fellow travelers, plus other agencies, and recruiters.

Benefits of recruiter ratings and reviews

More transparency into recruiter ratings and reviews is a win-win for both healthcare travelers and staffing agencies.

With this updated profile feature, staffing companies gain exclusive visibility into the minds of pro travelers for a better understanding of what appeals to healthcare workers when they search for travel jobs. This deeper comprehension allows recruiters to offer a more personalized approach to successfully serve individual travelers throughout every step of their healthcare career. The happier the traveler, the more positive ratings and reviews your recruiters will earn!

For travelers, this feature gives them the chance to provide real-life, real-time feedback on their recruiter. This information can be made public to other healthcare workers on Marketplace so they can find out if they’d work well with a specific recruiter before committing to anything. The better recruiters and travelers work together, the more likely your agency is to receive favorable reviews, and in turn, the more likely travelers are to work with you.

Ultimately, allowing healthcare travelers to submit recruiter ratings and reviews further enhances the overall transparency of Marketplace and promotes a traveler-first community.

How to supercharge your recruiter reviews

So now that you know about this cool, new Marketplace feature, how do you collect recruiter reviews? We’re glad you asked. There are just three simple steps to take that will help you supercharge your recruiter reviews.

Step no. 1: Create a recruiter profile

First thing’s first, you won’t get any ratings or reviews until you create and complete your Marketplace recruiter profile. To do this, recruiters need to join Marketplace and create a profile associated with their staffing agency. Boom—easy.

Step no. 2: Complete your recruiter information

After your recruiter profiles have been established, it’s time to add all the nitty gritty details to fully complete the profile. This includes a bio, work history and experience, plus the modalities you specialize in.

Step no. 3: Share a personalized link inviting ratings and reviews

Now that your recruiter profile is officially done, all that’s left to do is share your personalized link and start stacking up on ratings and reviews. Easily add your link to your email signature, social media pages, and with travelers through the different ways you communicate with them. Easy as 1, 2, 3!

Take a peek into the minds of professional healthcare travelers through their recruiter ratings and reviews and get a better idea of how to better serve your individual travelers throughout their careers. Allow your agency and recruiters to become part of the first healthcare traveler-driven platform with Marketplace.
